Housecall
Hi, I'm Doctor Andrew Oakes-Lottridge, board-certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians, and affiliated with the American Academy of Home Care Physicians. I am the only physician in South-West Florida exclusively making house-calls in Lee,Collier, Charlotte, and Hendry Counties.

I have been married for 18 years. My wife is a practicing dentist in Lehigh Acres, Florida. We have three sons and a daughter, pictured right.

My practice is focused on providing a level of personal medical attention not found in today’s rushed medical offices, providing answers, solutions, and medical guidance. I have patients of all ages.

HousecallI am a graduate of the University of Florida College Of Medicine, and trained in Miami and Jacksonville. I currently serve on the Lee Memorial, HealthPark, and HealthPark Children’s Hospitals’ Ethics Committees. I also co-chair the student health advisory committee for the Lee County school district. I have privileges at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, HealthPark Medical Center, and Physician's regional.

In addition to running my own practice, I have volunteered with the Lee County school district, the Head Start program, the Guardian ad Litem program, and the Senior Friendship Center Clinic. I am also a 17-year veteran of the United States Army, and I am currently a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve (see picture on left).

My Practice Philosophy

I grew up in New York, where my father, also a doctor, made house calls in Brooklyn for twenty-five years. My appreciation and joy in making house-calls started when my father used to bring me with him when he made house calls! It remains a true honor for me when a patient invites me into their home.

Visiting a patient in their home allows me to gain a much better insight into their lives, and helps me develop the trusting relationship I aim to create with all my patients. Founding my practice in 2005, I wanted to create an experience that would eliminate waiting time, Housecallremove middle-men, and most importantly, provide quality primary care for the entire family. I wanted to be not just a family physician, but also an advocate and health care consultant to my patients, helping them navigate today’s complex medical system.

Patients in my care pay an annual retainer fee which covers all services provided, including house calls during the course of the year. All my patients have my direct phone number, and are encouraged to call me with any health-related questions or concerns. HousecallTreating patients of all ages and with diverse medical problems provides a challenge that makes practicing medicine a true passion for me.

I learn something new from my patients every day. I travel with all the latest hi-tech medical supplies, and this allows me to bring virtually every service available in a typical doctor's office setting right into your living room. My complete resume can be found below. I look forward to hearing from you! --Dr. Andy
