Patients have access to Dr. Andy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Patients have Dr. Andy’s personal cell phone number, as well as back up numbers. Patients can also communicate with Dr. Andy via e-mail.

When Dr. Andy goes out of town for two weeks per year for Army Reserve duty, patients are notified in advance. If Dr. Andy is unavailable, one of his trusted associates will return all communications promptly.
